2 cups cooked
red beans
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat
the oven to 350 degrees F. With a spoon or your hands, mix all
the ingredients together until well blended, and form into burgers.
Arrange the burgers on an oiled baking sheet, and bake for 15
minutes on each side until browned.
