1 head cauliflower
in pieces
1 large baked potato or 2 medium (already baked) in chunks
The ingredients
below are to personal taste:
butter, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes,
parmesan cheese
Steam cauliflower
to desired tenderness. In large bowl mix all ingredients and
let sit a few minutes for flavors to mingle and serve.
I usually
have a couple of baked potatoes in the fridge for when the munchies
attack, so when I make this I just cut up the potatoes. They
do not need to be warmed up as the cauliflower will warm them
up.
Also, this
is great with some broccoli added. The next day if there are
any leftovers they are great in your lunch salad.
