2 large
ripe avocados
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
3 canned green chilis, chopped, or 2 tsp green chili salsa
1 medium tomato, chopped
Chop avacado,
add lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, chilis and tomato, and gently
blend.
Season to
taste with a little Celtic sea salt.
Serve with
homemade tortilla chips. A delicious meal in itself.
