101 Vegetarian Recipes

Hawaiian Rice

1 1/3 cups of water
1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple, crushed
1/4 cup honey
1 t. ground cloves
2 T. butter
1 1/3 cups of natural brown rice

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer for 15 min. or until rice is tender. Very tasty.
