Add about
5 chopped tomatoes (or a can of tomatoes).
You can
also add all kinds of veggies that you love (brocoli, peas,
cauliflower, etc.)
Then add
water to cover all the veggies well.
Add some
sea salt and spices to taste.
Bring to
boil and then add some pasta of your choice.
Let simmer
for at least 1/2 hour.
If you find
the tomatoes are too acid to the taste you can add 1 tsp. of
natural sugar like succanat or stevia or maple sugar.
Everyone
in the family loves this one, even my father-in-law who is very
difficult when it comes to vegetarian dishes.
