1 can coconut
milk
1 box frozen spinach (partly thawed)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp dill
1 tsp vitamin C crystals (or use lemon juice more)
Abundant black pepper (at least 6 twists of the grinder)
Couple dashes of salt
Cook noodles
to desired texture. If combining spirals and spaghetti, add
the spaghetti just a couple of minutes after the spirals. In
a separate pan, throw everything else in, on a medium heat.
It helps to have the spinach partly thawed, but you'll have
to break it up with your spoon. Stir a bit as it heats. Mix
it all together and eat. Maybe add tamari or Dr. Bronner's,
if you like it. Yum!
Broccoli,
garlic, or green onions would probably go well in this dish,
too.
