1 cup raw
sunflower seeds, ground or finely chopped
1 cup raw almonds, round or finely chopped
2 tsp tamari sauce
1 Tbs cold pressed oil
1 tsp each dill seed, celery seed, and caraway seed
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp kelp
2 Tbs sesame seed meal (sesame seeds ground in a clean
coffee grinder)
1 rounded Tbs flaxseed meal (see above and use flaxseed)
2 Tbs water
Celtic sea salt to taste
Mix all
together, form into loaf, and refrigerate a few hours before
serving.
